Akabane, located n Tokyo's Kita (north) ward is the venue for this race event. The race distance options are 30km, half marathon, 15km, 10km, and 5km. The race venue is a flat round-trip course along the Arakawa River (Tokyo's largest river) - a popular running course in the Tokyo suburbs.

Akabane is famous as one of Tokyo's popular drinking areas with many drinking spots and bars. At Ichiban-gai drinking alley outside the East Exit of Akabane train station, there are many cheap food and drinking venues.

Registration rulesAt the time of application for the event, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.The race organiser will subscribe to marathon insurance.We will not bear any responsibility beyond the scope of compensation of insurance other than conducting first aid measures, in case of injury, loss or other accident.
2.No changes or cancellations are permitted after registration
3.The race organiser will not accept false declarations of age or gender. Places are not transferable (participant will be disqualified otherwise) to another participant. Registration will be cancelled if false information is provided.
4.Please note that there will be no refunds in the event of the race being cancelled due to earthquake, snow, flooding, heavy rain, or other incident.
5. Please note that once fee entry has been paid, there will be no refunds under any circumstances (Please see points 2 and 3 above).
6. The race organiser reserves the right and ownership to use any footage taken during the course of the race including videos, photos, articles, recordings, reports, magazines, internet etc.
7.The organiser will hold this race in accordance with the compettion rules and regulations

Race regulations1.Please note that there will be no refunds in the event of the race being cancelled due to earthquake, snow, flooding, heavy rain, or other incident.
2.Please note that participants should be in good physical health, not suffer from any heart disease or condition, and have trained appropriately.
3.The organizer has the right to withdraw participation from the event if they deem that who has hindered or adversely affected the event. Please follow the organiser's instructions and follow directions from Organizer's Safety Management race organising team.
4.Participants will be covered by the marathon insurance entered into by the race organiser. In the event of injury and accidents during the race, we will apply first aid as necessary. however we will bear no responsibility beyond the scope of insurance coverage.
5.Minors aged under 20 years old will require the consent of a parent or guardian to participate. In the event of a team entry, a minor will also require the consent of all team members.
6.Participants will not be allowed to participate in clothing or uniforms deemed by the race organizer to be contrary to public order, morals or a hazard to safety.
7.False declarations such as age, gender,and participant substitution are not permitted
8.considerate of other participants, volunteers and local residents
9.If the participanat doesn't follow the terms 5,6,7 above, the organizer may disqualify the participant and/or revoke recognition of place, time, awards, or remove the right to participate in future events.
10.The Race Organiser reserves the right and ownership of race and event movies, pictures, photos, articles, records, race participant details (including name, age, sex, record, portrait right) etc for the purposes of publishing and advertising on TV, newspapers, magazines, internet, brochures etc.
11.A maximuum of 2 companion aides willl be allowed for the visual impaired
