参加資格 日本IBM、日本IBMグループ会社社員、派遣会社社員、委託先会社社員、日本IBMプロジェクト参画のGDCメンバー、IBM社員のご家族・ご友人（xx＠xx.ibm.comのアドレスをお持ちの方からの紹介者）で、各種目の制限事項内で参加可能な、健康な男女。
［10K］誰でも参加可
［リレー］1チーム3～7人、IBM社員を1人以上必ず含む
［親子］未就学児と保護者のペア、1～3歳は400mトラック1周、4～6歳は400mトラック2周を親子のペアで完走または完歩（ダッコ可）できること
ルール （1）（10kmラン）10km走りきったタイムを競います（チップ計測）。制限時間内にフィニッシュできなかった場合は、完走と認められませんので、完走証の発行はいたしません。
（2）（1.5時間耐久リレーマラソン）1周約2kmのコースを、チームエントリーの登録メンバーで走ります。1.5時間で走った周回数で競います。競技はたすきをつなぐリレー形式で行います。登録メンバー全員、1人1周以上は走ってください。1人当たりの周回数や走る順番はご自由に決めてください。タスキの受け渡しは決められたゾーンで行っていただき、コースの途中で交代することはできません。周回数が同じ場合は、最終の周回タイムが速いチームが上位になります。
（3）（親子ラン）1～3歳は400mトラック1周、4～6歳は400mトラック2周を親子のペアで完走（または完歩（ダッコ可））した順位で競う徒競走方式です。タイム計測はしません。
（4）参加資格を持っていない方が走った場合は失格となります。
（5）社員の代理出走は可能ですが、9時00分までに申告してください。
その時刻を超えての申告は不正出走とみなされる可能性があります。
（6）走行に不適当、または危険と判断した場合は競技を中止させることがあります。
（7）競技記録は、完走証として、当日発行・受け渡しするとともに、競技終了後、会場内の掲示板に掲載します。また、後日主催者に記録データを送付いたします。
注意事項 （1）コース安全確保のため、定員を設定させていただいています。 定員に達し次第募集を締め切ります。
（2）コース安全確保のため車いす・ベビーカーによる参加はできません。
（3）会場内での火気の使用は原則禁止です。（全面禁煙）
（4）会場の更衣室は男性・女性共にテントをご用意していますが、人数に対して広くないので、お互いが気持ち良くご利用できるよう、譲り合ってご利用下さい。また、スタート前は混雑が予想されるので、上着を脱げばスタートできる服装で会場にいらっしゃるなどの工夫をしていただけると助かります。
手荷物預かりテントにて荷物を預かることが可能ですが、お預かりした荷物の盗難、紛失などの保障はしておりませんので、ご理解の上ご利用下さい。また、貴重品は各自で管理ください。
（5）ゴミは各自責任をもって持ち帰るようお願いいたします。
（6）会場のフリースペースは他の参加者等にも配慮してスペースを確保して下さい。
（7）安全確保のため、参加者は係員の誘導に従うようお願いします。
（8）ゼッケン番号の通知は、締め切り後メールで行ないます。1週間前（10月19日）までにメールが届かない場合、IBMランニング部までご連絡ください。（連絡先はエントリーサイトに記載）
（9）ゼッケン番号は当日受付でも確認することができます。なお、受付は当日の会場管理の都合上8時00分から9時00分までに確実にお済ませ下さい。
（10）会場に運営側がご用意する駐車場・駐輪場はございません。

（11）エントリー開始後のマラソン大会事務局とのQ＆Aは、IBMマラソンのIBM Connectionsサイトにて行います。社員の方はIBM Connectionsを利用し、また、社員からの紹介の方は、紹介者を介して事務局へご連絡することができます。
誓約 1.主催者は疾病や傷病、事故に対し応急処置を除いて一切の責任は負いません。
2.参加者は各自、事前に医師による健康診断を受け、自己の責任において健康状態を確認しておいてください。
3.主催者は、荷物の預かりは行ないますが、盗難・紛失等に対し、責任は負いません。
4.参加者は 大会運営スタッフの指示に従い、また注意事項やマナーを守ってください。
5.参加者は誓約事項、競技規則、参加・申込規定、注意事項を承諾した上で本大会へ申し込んでください。
6.申込後のキャンセルはできません。
7.事前にエントリーした選手以外の方の出場（不正出走）は基本、認められません。やむを得ない事情で代理出走者を立てる場合は当日受付に届け出てください。ただし、代理出走者は、保険会社への申込みの関係上、保険は適用外となります。
虚偽申告、不正出走が判明した場合、出走が取り消され保険適用外となります。
8.地震・風水害・荒天候の天災、事件・事故等による中止または、上記、6）、7）あるいは、過剰入金、重複入金の場合、参加料の返金はいたしません。
荒天時大会中止の判断は主催者側に一任いただきます。
9.参加者は大会開催中の映像・写真・記事・記録・申込者の氏名、年齢、住所（国名、都道府県名または市町村名）等のテレビ、新聞、雑誌等の印刷物及び、インターネットへの使用されることを事前に承知し、また掲載権と肖像権は、主催者に一任いただきます。
ゼッケン番号の通知（メール）について ゼッケン番号の通知は、締め切り後メールで行ないます。1週間前（10月19日）までにメールが届かない場合、下記大会事務局へお問い合わせください。

Race【Fee】 (Restrictions):
・ 10km Run 【2,800】 （All ages, 90 minute time limit）
・ 1.5 Hour Relay Marathon【2,800/person】, (3-7 runner per team, all teams need to have at least 1 IBM employee)
・ Family Pair Run 【1,000 per pair】 (pair of under school age child and guardian that can either run or walk the following distance, 1-3 yr old: 400m, 4-6 yr old: 800m)
・ Volunteer Staff 【No Fee】(Support facilitation of the event, i.e. water station, guide, registration desk support etc)

Rule :
(1) (10km Run) will compete by time taken to run 10km (chip time). Official time and finisher’s certificate will be issued to those who finish within the time limit.
(2) (1.5hr relay marathon) Registered team runners to relay a chip embedded sash and compete by number of laps of a 2km course. All registered team member needs to run at least 1 lap. Sash must be handed over within the designated zone only. If number of laps equal, team with the faster time to finish the last lap will be the winner.
(3) (Family Run) Pair of child and guardian will run or walk (holding the child is allowed) either 400m (for 1-3yr old) or 800m (400m*2 for 4-6yr old). Compete by order of goal, race will not be timed.
(4) If non-eligible runner participates, individual or team will be disqualified.
(5) Change of runners are allowed if submitted at the event by 9:00am.
(6) IBM reserves the right to stop or cancel the event in case road conditions are inadequate and unsafe.
(7) Race time will be posted on site at the event. Finisher’s certificate will be available for each qualified finisher on site.

Precautions:
(1) For safety reasons, entry is limited to 500 maximum. Web entry will close once we reach the fixed number.
(2) Race will not be available to wheelchairs and strollers.
(3) No use of fire is allowed in the event field. Smoking is prohibited.
(4) Dressing rooms will be provide, however not very spacious. We ask that you make best efforts for all members to prepare smoothly. If possible, please come dressed in your running wear. There will be a baggage tent to check in your bag. IBM will not be responsible for loss or damage.
(5) Please take home your own garbage.
(6) Space is limited, please be considerate of others.
(7) For your safety, please comply to race official’s instructions.
(8) Bib numbers will be notified by e-mail after web registration closes. If you do not receive your bib number by Oct 19, please contact IBM Running Club (noted on the entry web site)
(9) Bib and running chip will be available at the event from 8:00-9:00am. Please make sure you check-in during this time.
(10) No parking available (also no bicycle parking provided). Do not park in the neighborhood, we ask that you use public transportation.
(11) All questions will be answered in the IBM MARATHON 2014 IBM Connections site. We ask that the IBM employee represent their family/friends in case they have questions.
Terms 1.Event host will not be responsible for illness or injury during the event. First aid will be provided.
2.Participants are responsible for their own health conditions.
3.Event host will provide luggage check-in but will not be responsible for damage or loss.
4.Participants should comply to event official’s instructions.
5.Participants are to register only if in agreement with event terms, rules and conditions.
6.No cancellations, fees not refundable.
7.Unregistered runners cannot participate in the race and is subject to disqualification and insurance will not apply. Runners who register (as pinch runners) at the event are qualified to run, however insurance will not be applied.
8.In case of event cancellation due to weather or other course conditions, or disqualifications due to 6. or 7. noted, fees will not be refunded. Event host will reserve the right to make any all decisions.
9.Participant should agree to usage of their videos, pictures, time, name, age, city of residence for media such as TV, news paper, magazines and internet. Event host owns all rights to post articles and images on media.
