Sports Entry is a website that gathers information regarding various amateur sports events and the related community, and offers the capability for you to be able to register for those events.
There are no one time fees to become a member, and there are no annual fees either.
When registering to be a member of Sports Entry, you will be required to sign a membership waiver.

You will be able to search for events and view event information without being a registered member. However you must be a registered member of Sports Entry in order to enter and register for events.
It is required for you to have an email address when registering to become a member of Sports Entry as important information will be sent to you via email.
Instead of a membership card or certificate, you will receive a User ID and a Password in order to utilize the full event registration services of Sports Entry. The email address which you entered when you initially registered to become a member of Sports Entry will be your User ID.
You will not be able to register multiple members under the same email address.
You will be able to change your address, phone number, email adress and other information that you entered when you initially registered to become a member of Sports Entry on the page available for such amendments (Change your registered Data Page).
Your User ID will be the email address you used when initially registering to become a member of Sports Entry. If you cannot remember the email address you used when you had registered to become a member, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting assistance. When requesting asstance via email, you will receive a reply as earliest as by the next business day.

In order to be able to use each of the services that Sports Entry offers most effectively, we will ask you to enter your personal information. The reasons why we ask you to enter your personal information are below: In order to enter and register for events, it is required for you to enter your personal information. In order to be able to send you relevant information, offer services and advertising regarding your hobbies, tastes and interest.
Sports Entry utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect you during the payment settlement procedure. Information such as your credit card number will be encrypted, thus you can use our services with peace of mind.
When using Sports Entry to enter events, there will be an entry service charge on top of the event entry fee. This entry service charge is for the services regarding entry registration via Sports Entry, separate from the event entry fee. Depending on the event, there may also be additional charges as well.
Depending on the contract agreement terms with the event organizer, the rules regarding the fees above may not apply or may differ.
Please be aware that cancellations are possible, however refunds are strictly not possible. You will be able to cancel your registration for an event, however if your payment has already been settled, there cannot be any refunds. Also, there will be no refunds possible for any claims regarding entering multiple event types within a registered event by accident, or double entering an event by mistake.
If you have forgotten your password, we will issue you a new password. You will be able to use the new password that we issue you directly, however you will also be able to change your newly issued password into one of your choice via your My Page.
