The course passes through Utsubuki Park at Mt. Utsubuki which overlooks the city of Kurayoshi and where the legend of Tennyo still lives on. The park has been selected as one of the “100 Best Places for Cherry Blossoms in Japan” and the “100 Best Japanese City Parks.” On the 5.6 km course, you will stroll through the retro streets of the castle town that feature white-washed warehouses with red tile roofs which have been selected for preservation as important traditional buildings. At the hospitality points, you will enjoy local cuisine, sake, and more while feeling the history, culture, and townscape.
An onsen ticket is included for use at one of the facilities in the 1300-year-old Sekigane Hot Springs after your walk.
