The course runs from the urban area of Ageo City through the lush, green suburbs. As the route is flat with minimal elevation changes, runners can aim for fast times. The half-marathon course is certified by WA and JAAF. Spectators can witness top runners from universities and corporate teams competing up close. |

・In accordance with the rules of the Japan Association of Athletics Federations and the following competition rules
・Half time limit (after the first gun signal of each category)
1. 2 hours and 30 minutes (entry to the competition site will be restricted).
2. Cut off time limit (at 15 km point) will be 1 hour and 55 minutes. |

| Notices |
・Please be sure to bring your race bib (number card sent in advance) on the day of the event. Please do not remove the IC tag attached to the race bib. Reissuing race bibs will cost 1,000 yen.
・Accidents occurred during the event will be covered within the scope of the executive office's non-life insurance policy.
・Participants should be responsible for managing their own health and to undergo a medical exam by a physician in advance.
・It is your responsibility to manage own baggage. Pay coin lockers will be available.
・The parking lot for the participants in the Saitama Suijo-koen is only available with a pre-purchased parking ticket. The parking tickets will be available in advance on a first-come-first-served basis for a limited number of vehicles. (500 cars, free)
・There is a time limit in the half marathon category. When the time limit expires, participants should promptly leave the track and follow instructions of the race organizers on site. The stadium gate will be closed to runners at 11:40.
・ Please line up at the designated area at the starting point according to the time assigned at the time of registration.
・Information about the event may change significantly due the status of the COVID-19 infection level. |

[Terms of Registration] Please read and agree to the following terms before registering for the event.
(1) Cancellations made by the participant for personal reasons are not permitted. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for overpayments or duplicate payments.
(2) No refunds of the participation fee will be made if the event is scaled back or cancelled due to reasons beyond the organizers' control (e.g., earthquakes, storms, floods, snowfall, incidents, epidemics).
(3) Please ensure you are in good health-free from heart disease or other illnesses-and have undergone sufficient training before participating. You participate in the event at your own risk regarding accidents, injuries, loss of property, etc.
(4) If the organizers determine that continuing the race is unsafe or unfeasible during the event, you must immediately comply with any instructions to stop racing. You must also follow all other instructions given by the organizers regarding safety management and event operations.
(5) To ensure a smooth and safe start, participants will be assigned to starting blocks based on running ability. If no estimated finish time is provided, you will be assigned to the final starting block.
(6) Should any injury or illness occur during the event, the organizers will provide first aid; however, the organizers accept no liability regarding the methods or outcome of such treatment.
(7) The organizers accept no liability for damages arising from accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss of property, or similar incidents during the event.
(8) Compensation for accidents or injuries sustained during the event is limited to the scope of the accident insurance policy held by the organizers.
(9) False declarations regarding age, gender, or other details, as well as participation by anyone other than the registered applicant (participation by proxy), are prohibited. If such violations are discovered, participants must abide by the organizers' decisions, which may include disqualification, revocation of awards, and a ban on future participation. Furthermore, the organizers bear no responsibility-including for medical aid or refunds-regarding individuals who provide false information or participate by proxy.
(10) Personal information-such as names (including phonetic readings), ages, genders, prefectures of residence, race results, and images-may be reported, published, or used in media including newspapers, television, magazines, the internet, and event brochures. The rights to publish and use such information belong to the organizers.

● The organizer and its contractors recognize the importance of personal information; they strictly adhere to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations, and handle personal information in accordance with the organizer's personal information protection policy. Personal information will be used for the "General" category of RUN as ONE - Tokyo Marathon 2028-with the aim of improving services for participants-for purposes such as sending participation information, race result notifications, and related information, as well as compiling race result rankings for publication in various media.
