| Term | Terms ■Handling of Personal Information Personal information provided during the tournament will only be used for the activities of this tournament and will not be used for any other purposes. ■Competition rules The race will be run in accordance with the latest racing rules as published on the Japan Cycling Federation website, as well as special regulations for this event. ■Cancellation policy If there is any discrepancy with the entry (details provided), the race will be cancelled.In addition, if an incident is discovered after the event has ended, we will thoroughly investigate the facts and remove it from the results. JCF registered athletes will be checked for their licenses at the time of registration. If you do not have your license with you, you will be charged a penalty of 3,000 yen. If the organizer determines that the event cannot be held safely due to unavoidable reasons such as the sudden spread of infectious diseases or a disaster involving the venue, the tournament (each race) will be canceled. |
