• 雨の予報がある場合はレインコート
• 身分証明書および健康保険証
• 現金

規約

イベント参加に関する利用規約
1. キャンセルおよび返金について
登録完了後の個人的な理由によるキャンセルや返金の申し出は受け付けられません。
2. 天候や不可抗力による変更
暴風雨や自然災害などの不可抗力の場合、イベントは主催者のスケジュールに従い別の日程に延期されることがあります。
3. 18歳未満の参加者について
小学生および18歳未満の参加者は、保護者または法定代理人の同意が必要です。
4. 個人情報の保護
主催者は参加者の個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報保護法および関連法令を遵守いたします。
5. 肖像権の使用について
主催者は、イベント中に撮影された写真や映像を、広報および宣伝目的で印刷物、デジタルメディア、SNSなどに使用する権利を有します。
6. 傷害保険の提供
イベント期間中、すべての参加者には傷害保険が適用されます。
Terms and Conditions of Event Participation
1. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations or refund requests due to personal reasons will not be accepted after registration is completed.
2. Changes Due to Weather or Force Majeure
In case of storms, natural disasters, or other force majeure situations, the event may be postponed to a new date, according to the organizer’s schedule and availability.
3. Participants Under 18
Elementary and underage participants (under 18 years old) must present formal consent from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Personal Data Protection
The organizer recognizes the importance of protecting participants’ personal information and is committed to complying with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
5. Image Rights
The organizer reserves the right to use participants’ images (photos and videos) for promotional and marketing purposes in print media, digital platforms, and social networks.
6. Personal Accident Insurance
All participants will be covered by personal accident insurance during the event.
