| コース案内 | The Gran Fondo Giro d’Italia Beverly Hills on November 3, 2013 will include two scenic and challenging course options. The medium course is 47.6 miles and the signature long course is 90 miles. Both routes will enjoy a mass start on the world-famous Rodeo Drive then head towards the scenic Southern California Coast. After a taste of ocean views from the Pacific Coast Highway riders will head north into the hills toward Topanga. Just after mile 22 the course splits with the medium course riders heading back to Beverly Hills and the finish line. Long course riders will begin a loop with fantastic mountain scenery, ocean views and serious climbing that includes the hill climb competition for Gran Premio della Montagna – GPM (King/Queen of the Mountain – KOM/QOM). The planned GPM (KOM/QOM) section of the course is the popular and challenging climb on Piuma Road that starts near Malibu Canyon Road. With approximately 5.5 miles of climbing, total elevation gain of 1,744 and a 6.1% average grade everyone will have an opportunity to feel the burn, push for a personal best and compete for one of the many age group podium spots. After climbing in the famed golden hills of California, all the riders will return to finish in the country’s most famous zip code zip code at a spectacular venue with the real trophy from the Giro d’Italia, called the Trofeo Senza Fine. Roll to the podium and feel like one of the best pro cyclists in the world when you take your picture with the trophy and our models. Then celebrate your finish and join your fellow riders for a gourmet pasta party experience at the Montage Hotel – unlike anything you have experienced before.
