| Award | *All cyclists who complete in the touring division will be received a completion certificate. |
| Regulation | *All participants must attend the opening ceremony. *We accept registration only on the specified day. If you don’t register, your participation in the event will be cancelled. *The Tour de Okinawa Association will control traffic around the course on the race day. (30 minutes before start.) Please be on time. *The Tour de Okinawa Association provide free emergency on site-first aid for injuries and illness during the event. However, emergency room and inpatient care costs, above insurance coverage cost, will be paid by the cyclists. Please bring your insurance card. *Cyclists who are involved in an accident while racing must report it to the staff during the event, insurance cannot be claimed if no report is filled. *Substitute cyclists will not be permitted. The active participant name must be shown on the application form. *The Tour de Okinawa Association will take out injury insurance for all participants (Outpatient: 2,500yen, Hospitalization: 5,000yen, Death/Disability: 10,000,000yen max.) However, cyclists should arrange for additional insurance if desired. *We will explain other regulations at opening ceremony on Nov.10. *Application without your signature on policy agreements is not permitted. *During the event, 10(Sat)-11(Sun), please park your car at the specified place. *All cyclists to races must keep in left for emergency vehicle to pass during race. *Don’t use the cell phone when you are riding. |
| The feature of event | ・Touring around Okinawa Island Course 313km This is a popular course. First day, cyclists can feel the majesty of nature in the northern part of Okinawa and they will stay at Resort Hotel in Nago city. Second day, they will ride along the coast in the southern part of Okinawa through cities like Naha. ・Touring around Okinawa Island Course 270km with Kanna Thalasso Therapy After cyclists finish the first day course earlier, they will go to Thalasso Okinawa by bus. There are swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna bath and more. They can refresh their exhausted body and relax viewing the beautiful Pacific Ocean, and they will stay at Resort Hotel in Nago city. Second day, they will ride the same course as Touring around Okinawa Island Course 313km. ・Touring around Okinawa Island one day course 170km This is a half course of Touring around Okinawa Island 313km for cyclists only who will try another race on the second day. ・Onna Family Course The course follows the western coastline of Onna Village, from which the brilliant azure sea can be viewed. Cyclists can ride along with your families. ・Challenge Course The course includes Ginoza Village and Kin Town. There are some ups and downs along the course. Cyclists can challenge their ability. ・Ie Island Course Cyclists ride around Mt. Gusuku called “Iijima Tacchu”. While touring, they will stop by the festival that you can have fun at the staples of Ie Island and taste them. ・Izena Island Course (Overnight) Cyclists can feel the history nature of Okinawa by seeing red tile roofed houses surrounded by unique stone walls. And they can also experience agriculture and fishery ・Izena Island Course Bus Tour (Overnight) Participants can enjoy the Izena Island Course with Cyclists. They will get on the bus following cyclists. They have same menu without cycling which are the program of agriculture and fishery and a party at night. *Only who can apply if your family participate in the Izana Island Course. ・Iheya Island Course (Overnight) Iheya is located in the northernmost part of Okinawa. Cyclists can enjoy beautiful sights, such as the ocean and mountains, and also interact with people who live there. And they can also experience agriculture and fishery. ・Iheya Island Course Bus Tour (Overnight) Iheya is located in the northernmost part of Okinawa. Participants can enjoy with cyclists by following them by bus. And they can also experience agriculture and fishery. *Only who can apply if your family participate in the Iheya Island Course. |

| Access to Nago city (Nago Civic Center) | It takes about 90 minutes to get from Naha airport to Nago by car. Take National highway 58 North from Naha. As you enter Nago you will see Mc Donald’s on your right and A & W on your left. Continue driving for about 2km. Nago Civic Centre will be signposted on your left. The Tour de Okinawa Association office is on the second floor of the Nago civic center ●By car *If you take the Okinawa Expressway, it takes about 90 minutes from Naha Airport. (1,000yen) *If you take National Highway 58 North from Naha, it takes about 2 hours. ●By bus *Express Bus from Naha airport to Nago Civic Center takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes. (2,020yen) Normal Bus from Naha bus terminal to Hokubu Nago District National Government Office takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes. (1,690 yen) ●By bicycle *If you come by your own bicycle from Naha airport, it is about 67km to Nago on Route 58. *To Okuma beach, it is about 100km from Naha airport on Route 58. |
