Points to note at the time of entering:

Elementary school students who wish to participate must have a guardian/accompanying adult (the guardian will also be required to register separately).

Team entries:
Please be sure to check the details regarding team entries on the online campaign registration manual.
Teams with over 10 members will receive a free original tote bag.

Discount available (for 2-day race event period)

A 2000JPY discount is available for participants who choose to do events over both days: 19 January Churashima Mensore course (45km) AND your choice of one of the courses on 20 January Churashima Seaside course (108km) / 20 January Churashima Century course (167km)
In the case of the double course entry, a discount of 2000 will automatically be applied from the total at the time of registering (you must register for both courses at the same time).
For those who wish to add an additional entry (after having first entered initial entries), please note that you will be contacted separately several days later.

Race number pick-up point - information
For those participating in the Mensore course, please select the pick up day/time for your race bib from one of the two options below
Participants who will receive the 2-day period discount, will be registered under the Mensore Course.
(1) the day before the event (Friday 18 January) from 4pm to 8:30pm Registration venue: DFS Okinawa (Naha city Omoromachi)
(2) Event day (Saturday 19 January) from 8:30am to 10am Registration venue: Churashima fureai taiken gakushu centre (Churashima culture centre)
For those participating in the Seaside or Century course, please select the pick up day/time for you race bid from one of the three options below
(1) The day before Event Day 1: Friday 18 January from 4pm to 8;30pm Registration venue: DFS Okinawa (Naha city Omoromachi)

Event rules 1. Whilst on the course, you must strictly observe national traffic laws and regulations unless directed otherwise by police. (Example: stop when necessary, stop at red lights, observe left lane traffic, prohibition of parallel driving, turning on headlights in tunnels and in low light conditions), and other traffic laws that prohibit dangerous driving.
2. When on the raod, you must obey the directions and instructions of police officers and event staff.
3. Compact bikes and recumbents are allowed on public roads and may be used. Helmets must be worn. Bikes must have lights (headlights) and reflectos, and lights must be turned on when riding early in the morning and through tunnels.
4. Leading participants must not overtake the leader vehicles. Accompanying vehicles are also prohibited.
5. If you retire from the race for any reason, you must notify race staff.
6. Participation by minors requires the consent of a guardian
7. In the event of a traffic accident with another vehicle or participant, please immediately contact race headquarters and inform a race staff member.
- Failure or refusal to obey and comply with the above race rules, and/or disobey instructions given by race staff, may result in disqualification or cancellation of your participation.

Duties and obligations
I acknowledhe that this is cycling race that takes place on public roads and I accept full responsibility for observance of traffic rules and regulations and instructions from race organisers. I will not cause disruption to other vehicles or interfere with the smooth management of the events, and I confirm and acknowledge the points listed in the Application guideline. I acknowledge personal responsibility for the management of safety and health. In the event that my health condition detoriates, or changes, I agree to withdraw from participation.
Protection of safety and competitive nature of the race
I am fully aware that the natural environment can change abruptly during a cycling race, and that a participant's physical condition can also change suddenly. In addition, because the course is set over a long distance, I understand that there is a high possibilty of hindering emergency relief or rescue.
Self declaration of health condition
I declare that my current health condition is good and I do not expect to have any problems on the day. I agree to report to the race organisers in advance any notification regarding medical treatment such as medical conditions, allergies, hypersensitivities, or anything else you want to be made aware of such as religious reasons or any other reason.
Self-management responsibility and acceptance of first aid
I agree that participating in this event, I will pay sufficient attention to the safety and well-being of myself and others. I acknowledge that if I am involved in an accident either at fault or as a victim, that I bear all personal responsibilty and accept all risks. I also consent that I will accept the judgment of race staff and will accept discontinuing if recommended to do so. If I am injured, suffer illness or am involved in an accident, I will not dispute initial first aid medical treatment.
Scope of compensation in the event of injury or accidental death
Regardless of the cause of, even in the case of injury, after effects or death, the race organisers will not be held responsible. I also acknowledge that compensation will be limited to the scope insured for under the damage insurance covered by the event. I hereby pledge that neither myself, my executor, trustee, heir, close relatives, legal representatives etc will file any claims or lawsuits for damage or compensation.
Disclaimer
I understand that the event may be canceled or changed due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the race organiser, such as bad weather, or unsafe or unfavourable environmental conditions. In the event that the race is changed or cancelled, I agree to not pursue the race organiser for any refunds, payment or reimbursement of expenses incurred in relation to participation in this event.
Handling of image rights and personal information
By participating in this event, I consent that any personal information such as my image, name, address, age, competition history etc may be posted on the website, marketing materials (eg pamphlet), and related promotional materials. I acknowledge that it may be used by the event organiser in the media, newspaper, and for other commercial purposes such as printed materials, publications, DVDand other media.
Other matters otherwise not stipulated in this agreement
If any doubt or ambiguity arises from the interpretation of this agreement, we consent that it will be settled according to the regulations of this event. In the event of a dispute, the governing law in the first instance will be in accordance with the Naha District Court and will be governed by Japanese law.
