Parade starts from center of Kutchan-town (179 meters), with the official rolling start in front of the Kutchan Agricultural High School gate on regional road 58. The finish line is at Niseko Annupuri Goshiki-onsen (the border between Kutchan-town and Niseko-town, 796m). 16.0km in length, average grade of about 4.6%. Cross bike and folding bike categories for men and women will also open this year.

| Rules | Massed started time trial race. Grouped start may be adopted depends on number of racers. SCF (Sapporo Cycling Federation) will record net time for the each participants and award each categories in term of net time. Cutoff time is at Weiss Gate 1 hour after the start. The course will be closed 2 hours after the start. This race will be run in agreement with the regulations of the Japan Cycling Federation (see www.jcf.or.jp) and other local rules. *MTB tires must be more than 1.9inchs wide. |
