| Each category common attention things. | ◆All participants must attendance on Opening Ceremony. Announcement for all of danger things, attention things, observance things are at Opening Ceremony. If you absenced to attend on ceremony, riders races are could be canceled. ◆We are not registration except assignment day.Can be not race on event day if doesn't have register before. ◆We will be held the regulation of traffic on 14th(Sun) November from 6:30a.m. Please come be on time. ◆We are first-aid to do for sickness, injury during runnning, all of riders takes all responsibility for after the events, therefore, expenses are own responsbility. So, please must has insurance copy during the race. ◆All of participants, who get injuried whole events, have to tell to organizer, if dosen't reposrt of injury, participants can't takes the insuranced own accident. ◆Disqualify riders, who had substituted, course out, injusticed, injuried, the organizer naver assumed whole these things. ◆The organizer initiationed injury insurance(go to hospital 2,500JNY, hospitalization 5,000JNY, death ・hangover highest10,000,000JNY.)If participants insufficiency these substance, partinipants initiationed by own insurance. ◆Void without contract sheet.(Apply from internet, need to assent.) ◆All participants have to part at assigned parking lot by organizer. | Reguration of rule | Organizer recognitioned by each race upper 1st-6th. * Recognitioned by upper 3rd each each divisions, presentationed by other 4th-6th riders at recognitioned center.(UCI Men, Internationl Women, Junior, and others fixed up other recognition.) * Gives cyclist who finished in the road race division will receive a record certificate. * All cyclist who complete in touring division will be received a completion certificate. |
