| Road Race Division |
※Citizen Race 200km, 130km, 85km, 50km each professional rider is excluded.
※For Men’s 50km, Keirin rider is excluded.
※Cyclists participating in 200km and 130km need experience of a road race longer. |
| Atention things |
*All participants must attend the opening ceremony.
*We accept registration only on the specified day. If you don’t register, your participation in the event will be cancelled.
*The Tour de Okinawa Association will control traffic around the course on the race day Nov 8th(Sun). (30 minutes before start.) Please be on time.
*The Tour de Okinawa Association provide free emergency on site first-aid for injuries and illness during the event. However, emergency room and inpatient care costs, above insurance coverage cost, will be paid by the cyclists. Please bring your insurance card.
*Cyclists who are involved in an accident while racing must report it to the staff during the event, insurance cannot be claimed if no report is filled.
*Substitute cyclists will not be permitted. The active participant name must be shown on the application form.
*The Tour de Okinawa Association will take out injury insurance for all participants (Outpatient: 2,500yen, Hospitalization: 5,000yen, Death/Disability: 10,000,000yen max.) However, cyclists should arrange for additional insurance if desired.
*We will explain other regulations at opening ceremony on Nov.8th.
*Application without your signature on policy agreements is not permitted.
*During the event, 7th (Sat)-8th (Sun) 2009, please park your car at the specified place.
*All cyclists to races must keep in left for emergency vehicle to pass during race.
*Don’t use the cell phone when you are riding. |

| How to apply |
a)Bring it in person to the Tour de Okinawa Association Office with application form and entry fee.
b)Send the application form and your entry fee to the address below, by registered mail.

c)You can apply on Sports-entry website. ‘http://www.sportsentry.ne.jp’ get application form, full in the all blanks and send with the entry fee until deadline. There will be can use for Credit Card, Convenience Store, but you can ask them to how to payment.
* Up to strength each races, cycling divisions will be not apply after, and not return the entry fee after apply each division.
*Participants under 18 years of age must produce a signature of consent from a parents or a guardian.
*Participants over 70 years of age must obtain a medical form from the Tour de Okinawa Association office and submit it with medical form. |

●By bicycle
*If you come by your own bicycle from Naha airport, it is about 67km to Nago on Route 58.
*To Okuma beach, it is about 100km from Naha airport on Route 58.
●By bus
*Express Bus from Naha airport to Nago Civic Center takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes. (2,130yen)
*Normal Bus from Naha bus terminal to Hokubu Nago District National Government Office takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes. (1,890 yen)
●By car
*If you take the Okinawa Expressway, it takes about 90 minutes from Naha Airport. (1,000yen)
*If you take National Highway 58 North from Naha, it takes about 2 hours.(1,890yen) |
| Award and Prizee |
*Cyclists who place 1 to 6 in each race will be awarded, presentation will upper 3rd on the stage.
*For International Road Race Division, Organization will provide other prizes.
*All cyclists who finish in the road race division will receive a record certificate.
*All cyclists who complete in the touring division will be received a completion certificate. |
